Haha! And a true entrepreneur will never be satisfied till he solves the puzzle himself. Rest will not even look.

Lol... Originally I didn't think that I would agree with #2, but after thinking about it, that makes a lot of sense. It's like a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle is a lot more satisfying to solve than a 100 piece puzzle.

Ture Indeed. IMHO, two things will be of great value in showing them this path:
1) Teaching by our own example. I still think world is full of em.
2) Making it a bit (but not much) more comfortable to start.
We are not wanting to feather their nest so much that they don't get the thrill of ride of flight.

I agree King, it's better to encourage people to find their own paths than to try and teach it to them. But most people don't even consider entrepreneurship because it's never been taught to them. Before they can discover a passion for entrepreneurship, they have to know that it exists.

I really agree with you on this one Nick, it will be so good for so many people to do what they want to do. But the 'teaching' part is tricky, You cannot teach someone to follow their passion coz there is no one right way. And if you even teach them one or several ways then you guide them away from their unique discovery of path and way to their dreams.

So instead of teaching them, encouragement to do what they want to do is much better. Instead of answering their questions - it is much better guide them to the direction of it.

Because you are taking them away from teaching and putting them in teaching again which is like switching between religions but what the real thing is ... and always will be "Find your own way." All we need to do is tell our dear hearts that you are in right direction and rest is done.
