IMHO, two things will be of great value in showing them this path: 1) Teaching by our own example. I still think world is full of em. 2) Making it a bit (but not much) more comfortable to start. But most people don't even consider entrepreneurship because it's never been taught to them. Before they can discover a passion for entrepreneurship, they have to know that it exists.
