		<description>Thanks for the post, Jared! I think you make some great points. These days, people are extraordinarily skeptical of corporate executives and their intentions with their businesses. A simple press release that the executive probably didn’t write doesn’t cut it anymore.

The same can be said for young businesses. If you make a mistake, make sure the people who were afflicted by your mistake know you are genuinely sorry. Along the same lines, when you have a loyal customer, make sure that customer knows you appreciated them; preferably with a hand-written thank you card. Sincerity is a lesson you should learn early on.</description>
