Yeah, it's a blessing and a curse. I love the free tools, but now no one wants to pay for anything on the internet.

It's so great that Internet offers free tools for those who want to run a business, which let them network and interact with others. Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook are no-brainers for online entrepreneurs.

Hey Gifer! That's a great point! When I originally wrote this post, Twellow was one of the main tools I used. But now, it's littered with people who illegitimately built huge profiles and let them sit there. It's not as good anymore.

You do have a lot of updating to do to your profile, but you should still start using it to connect with other people. In my opinion, there are two types of people who use LinkedIn, business professionals and entrepreneurs.

The difference is that business professionals use it as a resume to find their next big job. Entrepreneurs use it to build a networking database. Thus, to an entrepreneur like yourself, it's more important to have lots of connections than a completed profile. After all, most of the people you add are already familiar with your accomplishments.

But this doesn't mean you shouldn't update it when you get a chance.
